What I built
Single codebase for desktop, web, iOS, and Android. Offline-first transaction queue that synchronises when connectivity is restored — critical for desktop POS reliability. AI analytics layer analyses sales patterns to generate reorder predictions.
Business value
Replaced manual stock management with predictive AI reordering, reducing stockouts and overstocking across multiple store locations.
Outcome
Stockouts decreased dramatically for pilot stores. Multi-store operators gained cross-location inventory visibility for the first time. Offline-first architecture ensured no lost sales during connectivity problems.
