Built an AI-powered CRM that combines smart scheduling, automated reminders, and a gamified theory-test preparation module using OpenAI GPT-4 — giving instructors and students one unified platform.
What I built
Built on Next.js and TypeScript with an AI-driven content pipeline powered by OpenAI GPT-4. Implemented confidence-scoring validation layers for AI-generated content. Designed gamification systems including streaks, badges, leaderboards, and adaptive quiz difficulty based on student performance.
Business value
Replaced disconnected scheduling and learning tools with a single AI-powered platform, directly improving student pass rates and instructor operational efficiency.
Outcome
Resulted in significantly higher user session frequency and improved pass rates through intelligent engagement features. Students using the gamified learning flows demonstrated measurably higher consistency and performance.
